E’ una ricerca personale che approda a una riflessione sull’esistenza e sull’impermanenza delle cose terrene. Attraverso un’indagine esplorativa e performativa l’autrice si interroga sull’esistenza dopo la morte, quest’ultima intesa non come una fine, ma come un cambiamento di stato. Il punto di partenza è l’immortalità della Turritopsis dohrnii, una creatura capace di ritornare a stadi precedenti, ma comunque suscettibile ad altri destini fatali. In un immaginario al di fuori del tempo, una pioggia di cristalli permette di colmare quel divario che c’è tra ciò che possiamo vedere e quello che non possiamo vedere, divenendo l’accesso a una dimensione parallela a metà tra il visibile e l’invisibile.

It is a personal research that leads to a reflection on the existence and impermanence of earthly things. Through an exploratory and performative investigation the author questions existence after death, the latter understood not as an end, but as a change of state. The starting point is the immortality of Turritopsis dohrnii, a creature capable of returning to previous stages, but still susceptible to other fatal destinies. In an imaginary outside of time, a rain of crystals allows us to bridge the gap between what we can see and what we cannot see, becoming access to a parallel dimension halfway between the visible and the invisible .
